Defining you across digital and print

Designing across digital and print, we’re proud to be able to support extensive complex design projects as well as quick fixes to existing powerpoint presentations, documents and images through our in-house graphic design team.

We understand that every project is different, with different branding rules and requirements. Design and branding offers the opportunity to explore themes and ideas that you might not have considered before that could lift your businesses persona forward. Our design team follows a five stage process to guide through the creative elements step by step.

Our Design Approach

  1. We work with you to develop a solid creative brief, exploring your audience and customers, the tone you want to convey, your design preferences, and how you set yourselves apart from your competition. We make sure you’ve got a copy at all times, so we’re all working in the same direction.

  2. We use that brief to then develop initial design concepts. Often starting from pen and pencil means we can quickly explore lots of different options and approaches, taking the best ideas and developing digital versions.

  3. We provide a first draft presentation with initial design ideas for you to take a look at. We meet with you either remotely or in person to talk through your initial thoughts. Together we talk through the ideas you want to take forward. Are there bits you like from several ideas? No problem, we can mix these together to find a new one, or go back to pen and paper to find new ways forward.

  4. Next, building on your feedback we explore and narrow down the concepts to one or two revised designs. We provide several rounds of revisions to make sure that we get the design exactly the way you and your customers want it.

  5. We provide you with the design files in all the formats you need, including all master design files.

At this stage you may or may not know what you’re actually looking for and that’s ok. We understand that the sheer amount of content options available can be overwhelming and it can be hard to visualise and understand what the best route is.

To help you navigate your way forward, we’d like to set up a no-obligation exploration call to learn more about you, answer all the questions you need to ask and uncover some creative ideas along the way.

Sounds good? Fill in the form and we’ll be in touch shortly.

Visually enhancing the sales process

Riverbank came to use looking to do a complete overhaul of their sales documentation. We worked closely with them to define the core service lines of their business and develop a consistent visual palette for each of them. From there we developed a brand new printed brochure and a wide selection of in-depth digital documents for each of their individual services for use in their sales process.

Redesigning a brand

Lisa came to us looking to redesign and rebrand her business, with a brand new logo, business cards and. We worked closely with her to understand her business and more important how she saw it, before developing a selection of concepts for her to explore and choose from. This design element was one part of a wider project that also incorporated video production and photography.
